Payment and Reservations

To reserve your dates we require a 50% deposit a time of reservation. Our rental agreement and booking confirmation must also be signed and sent back to us. This will block out your dates requested, and the remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. 7 Days prior to arrival you will an email with our Casa de Jardin Welcome packet that will have arrival and entry instructions.

We accepts payments through VRBO, HomeAway, PayPal, and personal checks

If the reservation is cancelled at least:

  • Sixty (60) days prior to arrival date, 100% of the rental deposit is refunded.
  • Thirty (30) days prior to arrival 50% of rental deposit is refunded.
  • Thirty (30) days up to arrival date, 0% of rental deposit is refunded.

*All cancelled reservations are subject to a $150.00 cancellation processing fee.*

General Questions

Casa del Sol Naciente is located along the corridor of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in the gated community of Cabo Bello, which lies 3.5 miles East of downtown Cabo San Lucas. We are approximately a 40 minute cab ride from Cabo San Jose Airport, and a 5-10 minute cab ride to downtown Cabo San Lucas.

Yes, Casa del Sol Naciente has internet access and WIFI throughout the home. There is an internet access code, which can be found in the Casa del Sol Naciente A-Z Guide.

Yes, Casa del Sol Naciente has air conditioning available throughout the home. These air conditioners are designed to operate efficiently between a certain range. Please see the Casa del Sol Naciente A-Z Guide for more information.

Yes. There is a private beach for Cabo Bello residents only. This beach is approximately a 3-5 min walk from the house. Cabo Bello beach is wonderful for snorkeling, swimming and relaxing, as you may be the only people on it at any given time.

Currently the pool is heated by the sun only.
