Actually it’s The House of the Rising AND Setting Sun, the rooftop balcony view inspiring day and night. We appreciated the presents of friendly security patrol, keeping everyone in the community secure and at ease. Just down the path the private beach enclosed by rocky terrain keeps vendors prohibited, and we saw only a handful of people in the bay. The house really can’t be captured by photos, tasteful artistic details throughout. Kitchen implemented with everything one could possibly imagine. The local professional property managers at Baja Sur are Lo mejor, friendly and ready if needed to attend to any concerns. We were some of the very first guests and found everything in order and functioning well, unlike I’ve ever experienced in Mexico. Watching the Seahawks game on TV poolside in December, just. wow. To say I’d recommend it depends on what you are looking for. If peaceful and serene, exactamente! Venue for entertaining, también!

It had been almost 7 years since My husband and I had been on vacation we went with another couple and this house blew us away and met all of our expectations from the Decour to the pool to the on-site beach the fire pit on the roof. we had an incredible time. Relaxing setting away from the city but not too far for daily adventures. I can't wait to visit again. It's perfect for all ages the owners have thought of everything you would need. Very kid friendly. Thanks for making our vacation a reality.

The property was immaculate!! We loved the decor and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Our party of five felt at home and we rarely left the property except to purchase groceries, a night out for dinner and some excursions. The owner’s attention to detail was superb, considering everything a guest might need during their stay. The beds were comfortable, there were more than enough towels and all the necessary appliances were included. Plenty of margarita and wine glasses were also a plus! We all agreed that this was one of our favorite vacations ever, and that our stay at Casa de Sol Naciente had a lot to do with that! It was the perfect way to celebrate our 50th birthdays.

We stayed in this beautiful house for 6 nights over our winter holiday. The house is gorgeous and very comfortably appointed. There are 2 bedrooms on first floor w/ bathroom in between. Upstairs is large living area and a master w/ bath. There is also a small office w/ pullout bed used by our son. The roof is accessible and is a great spot for either watching the sun rise or set each day. The furnishings in house are comfortable and have a nice local feel. The kitchen has everything you could want for either a quick bite or cooking meals in. Little things like the dishes and glassware are perfect for a Mexican vacation! The outdoor space is amazing with a pool and outdoor cooking area. There is also a large TV by pool area which was great for our sports watching boys. Communications with owner were easy. The area (Cabo Bello) is gated and there are security checks at night around the area. We felt completely safe. Lovely beach is a short walk as are several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Our family of 8 stayed at this property for 6 nights. The house is amazing and is exactly as advertised. The location is minutes away from the private beach which we snorkeled at several mornings. The outdoor living space was a hit for our family and our 5 year old grandson did not leave the pool. Karen the property manager responded quickly to questions and emails. My wife left her phone on a shuttle taxi and Oscar the local property manager tracked it down and had it delivered back to us at the house. Thank you Oscar! We would definitely stay here again.
